Cambria at Coyote Ridge apartments in Carrollton, Texas might just as well be located in a third world country. The living conditions are atrocious and the management is a dictatorship. Residents at this complex live amongst conditions you would expect to find in the slums. The sewer problems are disgusting. Beware of all the related health problems. The maintenance is non-existent. The manager and the owners have no business "working" with people. It is unfathomable that this complex is allowed to operate. We should all seek legal help.
