Baby Car Seat Delivery Tags Show Two Morning Attempts

The driver came to the door once and left two door tags to make it seem like he made two attempts. I come home every day around 4:30 PM. I expected the package to be delivered on the 17th of April. I came home on the 17th and got two door tags that the driver put up on April 16 and 17. Where was I on the 16th of April, and why didn't I get the door tag then? If the driver came in the morning, I should have gotten the door tag when I came home in the afternoon. Both of the door tags show that he came in the morning, one at 10:00 AM and one at 10:30 AM. I believe the driver is lazy and was trying to make it seem like he made two attempts.

Not only that, the driver lied, but customer service is very bad. I was told to stay home that Saturday because the driver would deliver that day. I did stay, and they waited until the last minute to call me and tell me to pick up the package. I am very upset because that is my baby's car seat, and I expected to get it on Thursday, not to run around like a chicken with no head. Please do something about this. The drivers need to be more honest with themselves and the customers.
