BBB rated DISH network B with thousands of complaints marked resolved

Did you know that the Better Business Bureau is just a non-profit organization that is kept in business by the payment of fees by the same companies that they rate for the public? I had a complaint against DISH network and complained to the Better Business Bureau. When I looked up DISH on the BBB website it had given them a "B" rating with 13,160 complaints filed against the company. The explanation was that 12,366 of those complaints were "resolved". Well, I can tell you what resolved means to them. It means that the company contacted you again. It does not mean that the matter was resolved. I plan to never put credence into the opinion of the BBB again and I plan to write a news story regarding this nonprofit scam.
