Refused to help resolved complaints & puts false information on companies record ripoff

The better business bureau of orlando failed to resolve my complaint agaisnt an online business for failure to deliver my order the business lied saying they already sent my order, which It had to take me to file a complaint with the better business bureau to get them to mail me my order.

The business owner lied saying they sent my order certified mail for a request receipt It came threw regular mail. I can have this verified from the post office their lies! Before I filed the complaint I tried to resolve It with the online business but the online business refused to send me my order I mailed them a check for $18 for the tape the business lied about me accusing me of harassing them while while I had my order they never sent my order.

After the complaint the better business bureau gives the business a Satisfactory Record. It does not matter what the business says all they can do Is lie about you & the better business bureau says they made every reasonable attempt to settle the complaint. The online business did not make every reasonable attempt to settle anything accept make things worse for me! & the online business slandered my name! Do not send any money to any online business who does not have a phone # this Is the scary part with sending money to an online business you just throw your money away!
