BBB closed home builder warranty complaint as resolved with false information

The, Better Business Bureau of Columbus failed to resolve a complaint with my mothers home builder who refused to honor the new home warranty! They have put false information on the home builders, record that the company made every reasonable effort to resolve the complaint & the home builder refused to answer the complaint! The, Better Business Bureau has the complaint Administratively Closed their has been one more complaint on the home builders record, resolve they are two complaints against this home builder but the better business Bureau has it resolved. All, the business has to do is lie about the customer to keep from paying what is owed to the customer or from honoring the homes warranty, which the home builder refused to do! I, guess the Better Business Bureau promised to protect the dirtbag by putting false information on his record!
