Overcharged and they refuse to call back

We have had Cellone service for almost five years when they sold out to AT&T. When that happened all the issues began. For 15 mths I would have to call thier customer service and complain about my bill. Every month they would say we're sorry, and here is a credit back to your act. Finally I was told that if I "would just sign a two year contract" I would'nt have these problems. I even spoke to the BBB and the Presidents office at AT&T in regards to this matter. The lady there Gina Bennent said she would "fix' it and email me back with confirmation. That was in Jan and I have not spoke to her since. Bill kept going up, phones off, she refuses to get on the line when I call her office, which has been about 20 times. They say I owe over 1500 dollers! She still will not call me back. This was after all the horrible Customer Service I had to endure AND ALL THE hold TIME AND MANY MANY TRANSFERS LATER. Now I have no phone, and a bill. AT&T refuses to contact me regarding this matter. The BBB did'nt do any thing for us as well. They sent them the complaint and must have closed the case. This is what I get for being a customer for five years and always paid my bill with them? I'm not sure what else I can do, except NEVER obtain services from AT&T again.
