On Aug 25 I received a call from Time Warner Cable name Miss Edward. She review my complaint with BBC. For the pass few days I may complaint about TWC not serving my damage complaint I submitted on June 18. I was told from Miss Edward, she will Handel my case and she will follow up, (same story as others) and She even said to me, I should pay my bill because it's two different issue, I may it clear to Miss Edward, It was TWC who damaged my brand new carpet, It was TWC, I file a complaint on, and it was TWC I spoke to, to get my carpet resolve within 24 till 72 hours NOT two month going into 3 month. I don't need anyone to tell me another story, bottom line, this matter is all Time Warner faults from the start till the end. I also told to Miss Edward, Am getting surge on my left Hip on Aug 27. I was assure everything will get solve, Miss Edward said to me. Again That wasn't the case. Two Day pass and Today I had my hip surge. I requested investigation and review all the complaint that was recorded from TWC. I don't think that was honor in her or there part. I requested twice. Still I know for fact, am getting the run around. It really bad how Time Warner is handling there customer and still I get a call to pay my bill. I will NOT Honor TWC and pay my bill when TWC didn't honor there services for the pass two months and now going on 3 months. There is no word for me to say in how I feel about TWC. But thanks to this site, Am getting help a little then nothing. And more time goes by, I will still report my update with TWC on this site. Someone sooner or later will respond to me and get the help I really needed. Still Tune..
