Constant phone calls, will not stop after repeated attempts by me

The corporation named four-times recently after I told them yesterday to prevent calling. The individual they are requesting does not stay around. They named twice today and WOn't pay attention to me. They do not display a block address after I attempt to find them on the internet. I'm prepared to talk to their administration to document a or prepared to find external companies to prevent the harassing telephone calls.
