Billed $69 Instead of $29.99 and $460 Cancellation Fee

I ordered Direct TV for the $29.99 service. I got a bill for $69. I called and got the answer that the lowest they can get my bill is $52... This is too much, cancel my service (I've had it less than 2 weeks). That will cost you $460??? Read the fine print. Unbelievable. Fine print should be illegal. I trusted you when you said $29.99... If the contract was for 2 years and there was a $460 cancellation fee, that should have been stated then, not later in a font too small for me to read.

I'm so sorry I did this. My neighbors have asked me how I liked your service. I'm going to tell them exactly what you told me on the phone and advise against getting this. This was such a huge mistake, and you have an extremely unhappy customer, and I am going to contact my attorney to see if there is a way to get out of this.
