They charged my account a early cancelleation fee when I did not have any attachments with them anymore

I found out today 07/29/09 that directv charged my account for $460. And the reason for them was because of cancellation fee that I was never aware of. When I aksed them why as a customer representative from Directv why it was not told me or advise that if I cancel my account was going to be charged. I spent over three hours trying to resolve the issued from something they say from their own words that I qoute: I nobody told you about cancelation fees at the time the service was cancel then we have violated Directv's Protocal. After they said all that over and over and over it took me three hours to get all this issued resolved... Well although it took them 2 days to charged my account but it will take 8 days for the to refund a account.

How can Directv say that they are ranked number one as customer satisfaction when they do not... I'm confused.

Oh also I found out today that for every dvr that brakes and needs to be replace they automacally renew your contract and lock you for two years. However be aware that they do not advise the cumertomer about this renewal... Be aware that they say that you need to visit their website and read all their fine print. So not only I give them my services and my money and pay their salaries now as a customer I have to go automacally to their website and read their fine print!!! Aren't they supposed to adivse the customer and that is why they have the title as customer service. What kind of service is that...
