Leaking Moon Roof - F-150 1/2 ton

Dear Sir,

Please would you be so kind as to assist me with the issues I am having with my F150, If you could publish my story perhaps someone at Ford will take notice.

I purchased a brand new F150 from Airport Ford in Hamilton (Tel 905 388 6396) in January. Since January the F150 has been back 7 times to repair a leaking moon roof. (Still leaking now 8th time)
The interior of the vehicle is constantly soaked after rain, which we have had a lot of this year. The latest repair was carried out yesterday (Friday 28th), the result being that after last nights rains the moon roof is now leaking worse that ever before, destroying my laptop in the process as well. To add insult to injury, when I went to airport Ford yesterday to collect my vehicle I was told by the Service manage " That he could not promise that the leak would be

Fixed "- that after the vehicle had been back 7 times already.

At this point I am really desperate.

I enjoy the F150 and have no issues with the vehicle other than the leaking moon roof which is destroying the inside of my new vehicle, and perhaps even posing safety issues as I do not know what damage is being caused to the electrical system of the vehicle.

We all work hard for our money, receiving this kind of service is not deserved.
