Leaking roof

I hired Mr. Barcello in April to repair my leaking roof. Mr. Barcello guaranteed his work for 5 years. After approximately two months, my roof is leaking again. I have tried to contact Mr. Barcello several times, with no call back. I have asked for my money back, but have not received any return of my funds. It is now Sept. And still no call back. That is my story. Thank you
