F150 2005 - F-150 1/2 ton

I am writing in regards to my 2005 f150 and the spark plug issue with this vehicle. I have been a loyal Ford customer for over 20 years. Ford is aware of the problem with the spark plugs carbonating and breaking off inside the motor. They refuse to pay for the cost of fixing this problem and I have talked to the dealearship and they are totally aware of the problem, apparently they even have made a tool for extracting the broken plugs, but at a very high cost of repair, also the alternators are going bad at an alarming rate. My brother and father own 2006 f150's and they had to get new alternators as well. Ford dealership is aware of the problem but are not issuing a recall despite the fact they are changing them on a daily basis. I would like some answers
