Ripped me off with junk "new" phone and would not refund my money

I bought a "new" palm treo from this maggot. It was beat up worse than a crackhoe. I returned it per his instructions and included the supplied RMA number. I did not receive a refund or new phone after 2 weeks. I emailed him and he told me paypal froze his account and to get my money back I needed to file with paypal. I didn't have a tracking number but he admitted via email that he received the phone. He is no longer a ebay or paypal user. Paypal denied my claim, they are another bunch of ripoffs too. I will do whatever it takers to get my money back from this leech on society. Don, Aliquippa PA
