Ripoff Fraud Website

I ordered several pieces of jewelry from this company and waited six weeks with no communication. I paid with PayPal and eventually filed a claim with PayPal. At the very last minute, the comapny sent a shipping tracking number to PayPal before they ruled in my favor. At that point, PayPal said they were ruling in the seller's favor because they sent a tracking number and that was good enough for them. Never mind that I was sent inferior junk that looked nothing like what I had ordered.

So, the company ignored my requests to replace the merchandise or refund my money. PayPal was useless because that all important tracking number was provided. So much for Buyer Protection and PayPal Verified. And don't think for one minute footsiesbiz.com did not know that PayPal would rule in their favor once they sent a tracking number. It is obvious they did this before. They waited until the last minute of the claim period then sent me junk. Prior to that, no communication, probably hoping I would wait until after the 45 day claim file period with PayPal.

So BEWARE. This is a 100% crooked website and PayPal is useless. I guess if I had used a credit card it might have been different, but giving my credit card to crooks like this probably would have been worse than what I already lost.
