I bought a dress in january from fashionjunkee.com. I loved everything about the dress unfortunately, it was too small so I wrapped it back up and sent it back the same day I received it. I figured I could just tell them give me credit so I can just use it towards another dress because I needed the dress by a certain date. They emailed me back saying it would be better if I just purchased the dress I wanted snd pay the price and ask for a complete refund for the first dress. So I did. Meanwhile, the only way of communicating is through email. When I write to tell them I want a refund, they say ok, give it three to four weeks for the full refund and they will let me know when it goes through. One month later I write back saying I still didn't receive my refund, after five emails within two weeks time, they finally write me back and say you have store credit for the amount of the dress. I tell them I don't want store credit I want my refund if this is your way of apologizing for this horrible custome service on top of my refund then thank you. If not, I want my refund. I just received an email saying the shipping dep. Gave me store credit so they can't refund my card but they were going to until I used my store credit. I have not bought another thing from this site nor will I ever! I just want my card credited! This is flat out stealing and the most frustrating thing because there is no one to talk to, and it takes them about four days to write me back! I've asked for the owners name and addy so I can write a letter but they won't tell me. So now, I have no refund and no store credit! Someone please help me, I feel so ripped off!
