Offers No Protections Against Fraud Paypal.com

I bought a laptop that was damage by some kind of liquid (coke or coffee) please see pictures of the internal condition. Http://photobucket.com/paypalfraud PayPal will not intervene or honor my claim as they stated on the following email:

Transaction date: Sep 6
Transaction amount: -$419.99 USD
Your transaction ID: xxxxxxxx
Case number: PP-593-168-xxx

Based on our definition of significantly not-as-described, this claim does
not qualify for a refund. The claim was not classified correctly.
