Charged my credit card $88.97 after I was not able to return product due to being out of state. Fraudulent, rip-off taking advantage of elderly

Like many others I unsuspectingly took advantage of the "free offer, just paying shipping/handling. As an elderly lady, I wasn't aware of the "fine print" stating that product had to be returned within 15 days!

I was out of the state for 2 weeks, thus couldn't have returned the product in time even if I was at home.

I am so very saddened in this day and time with so many folks on a limited income, that a company such as this would rip-off anyone.

I will not rest until this company is held accountable for it's fraudulent advertising and being given the run-a-round when I requested a refund.
