All Florida Job Fairs (Harvest For Life Foundation)
All Florida Job Fairs Possible Identity theft ring, dubious information Orlando

Miscellaneous

Exercise EXTREME caution with this supposedly legit organization, because:

1. At present, they have a notice that their "contact us" link will be back "shortly", and that for the time being one should use a link they have for "updating subscription." However, when you click on it, the website that it redirects you to triggers the McAfee Site Advisor and the McAfee alarm goes off, warning you IN RED LETTERS that this website will try to breach your computer's defenses. This is REALLY a bad sign!!!

2. On the home page of All Florida Job Fairs, on the extreme lower left hand-side, there is a logo that says "Copyright 2007 Harvest for life Foundation" and there is a really odd, red-lettered statement superimposed all over it that says "This feature will be back shortly (update subscription.) This is the same statement that appears on the "contact us" page, which, as mentioned before, will take you to the red-flagged computer hacking website.

3. They supposedly will be staging a job-fair at the old Florida Fairgrounds in Orlando on February 26, which at the time of this writing is tomorrow. Yet nowhere else is there an official announcement of any such job-fair, neither in the newspaper, radio or any Orlando updates website.in today's terrible job market, a legitimate job-fair would be plastered all over the media and the Internet.

4. It seems that the only thing they want to do is get you to fill out a pre-registration form, which of course, will ask you for a lot of personal information.

Based on all this evidence, I highly advise you to be VERY VERY careful with your personal information, because there is a lot of I.D. Theft going on and thieves will try to take advantage of people's unemployment worries.
