Dear Angella K Rep for Arctic white.

I am writing to you to disagree with your "refund Policy " on your tooth whiteneing systems " free Trial"

I too fell victim to the arctic White marketing scheme, however, I returned the product, UNOPENED (I opened only the box to view the contents) and all products completely intact to your company within the specified period of time allowed for a refund of the product (less shipping and handling of course), after reading the "rules of use" I learned that even using one of the included "free " trials would result in a full charge to my account. However, I returned the " Arctic White" product via usps return receipt and had proof of delivery within the time allowed for return to the return address given (again in the fine print included with the shipment on an information document.)

When I realized that Arctic white had still charged my account in full for the product, I was very angry indeed and managed to get ahold of a representative who then told me that I had not returned the product in time and therefore was liable for the charges (fraudulent action on your part)

His tune soon changed to a full refund of my money as soon as I was able to read off to him the proof that I had that the delivery had been made to the correct address.

I feel that this is just another way that predatory companies such as yours take advantage of consumers who purchase your product in good faith and who do not have the sense to return products with proof or simply use one of the "free Products" before realizing that doing so has negated any refund he thought he was due, in the event he was not satisfied with the product.
