Worst Customer Service ever! They said we did not return a DVR and tried to charge us Walpole

I had Direct TV for a year and was reassigned out of the country for my work and had to move in one month. All other companies I had contracts with Phone, Internet, Cell phone ect. Allowed me to cancel my contract without penalty as long as I proved I was living in another country. When I called direct TV they could care less and said I owed them $260 to cancel.
They were the rudest people I have ever dealt with.

That is not the half of it. They did not get me the fedex boxes to return the receivers and DVR in time before I moved so I had my neighbor ship them for me.
They dropped off three boxes and my neighbor was able to but two small receivers in one box and the DVR in another. We then received a bill stating that we owed them $210 for the DVR.

When we called them they said we were lying and it was impossible to fit two receivers into one box. After much arguing we finally were able to talk to a supervisor who did confirm they received our DVR and it was repurposed to another sap.

I will never use Direct TV again!
