I had very good response from the person that serviced my dryer. My only wish if the company can figure out away that I did't have to loose a day work to have someone come to my home. My schedule hours were 8 to 5. The person came at 3:40. A complete lost of pay for 8 hours. So I lost 120.00 dollars and paid 200.00 for the repair. I think Sears can plan a little better then this. However, the young man service was good.
