Dryer repair - Kenmore elite drye

Ok so first made the appointment, took four days to get into the schedule. Got appointment between 1-5, ok four hours to sit and get things done around the house... But then alas no repair person, so I call and they say they are running late another 1- 1.5 hours, are you kidding me!!! Asked to speak with a supervisor, I have now been on hold for 45 minutes!!! I know I know I should just hang up but I am really interested to see how long they ignore people! Ok so at 47 minutes they hung up on me!
