I recently wanted to install VISS on my laptop. I thought it would be an easy download. It wasn't. I went to Verizon Live chat line and was connected to Ashutosh. This agent was very helpful and patient. It took well over two hours. Ashutosh made sure VISS was working and configured and deleteed all the neccesary files, making sure the laptop was working properly. I have had to use Verizon support several times and they have always been helpful and solved the situation.
