Deceitful, lying, rude, degrading business practices

I have my mortgage with citimortgage not by choice but because my loan was sold to them. My husband lost his job of 20 years and began a new one. Knowing we could not afford the same mortgage payment we had I began steps with citimortgage to get a loan modification.

This process began in august and it has been a battle ever since. I get harassing phone calls about where my payments are. When i ask to speak to a supervisor to help me locate the person who "claims" to be working on my modification i am told and i quote "sell your home."
When i ask where my kids are supposed to live i am then told and i quote "it's not my problem to find your kids a place to live i pay my bills." This coming from a supervisor that is supposed to guide me into finding this person named leslie who told me numerous time to deal with no one but her. That doesn't work. That was a lie as well.

I sent her three payments in a row that i was told to send to show good faith towards getting my loan modified. Meanwhile i paid no other bill in my home and gave her every bit of our pay thinking this was going to help.

I then don't hear from this woman in weeks and called numerous times until i finally got a call. She proceeds to tell me she was only submitting my paperwork and i now have to deal with someone else in modification.
Since december i have been trying to get this other woman to work with me who is also demanding another full payment to show "good faith." I have called for three weeks with no call back, no modification and fear of foreclosure.
