Unjust overdraft fees

Bank of America is the worse bank ever. I check my account online as well as keep ledgers for my spending. I can check my account 3 days in a row and find 3 different online banking statements. I have started taking snapshots of these occurences as I am looking for a class action lawsuit.

Bank of America customer service reps state" you can't see what we see " and expect that to be a valid argument.

I've checked my account to discover that while all others have cleared and i have one transaction pending, the next day it is all rearranged with the last transaction being cleared first. Some purchases take up to 6 days to post.

I have been complaining about this for months and recently received a mailing with my statement about a class action lawsuit which I do not meet the criteria as the deadline for your account was 12/31. I opened my account in may where is my justice.

Bank of america is being bailed out by the government meanwhile they are ripping off their customers. Last year alone over millions in nsf and overdraft fees alone.
