Rip-off! Bank said cleared, then NOT! $33 nsf fees $99 Overdraft Charged!

Bank of America ripped off my family. We are low-balance banking customers and I began noticing my CLEARED debit-card purchases would "somehow" come back in the form of an overdraft notice as NSF.

This has happened repeatedly since we opened at Bank of America. Conversely, we were given services that normally carry a minimum charge for FREE after depositing our IRS check. We could do no wrong.

I just purchased items for my daughter's birthday online using my debit card. They were initially recorded as "pending". After 48-hours or so, they were recorded (online) as paid. Two days later, we got a notice that one item was now an overdraft.

Then, a day after that, 2 more items came back as overdrafts and we've been FRAUDULENTLY charged $99 in NSF fees. I kept close track of my deposits and purchases and I KNOW they've committed a crime... A crime as yet unpunishable by Fed regulations.

BEWARE!!! Bank of America has created a "cash cow" out of the hard working American middle class. I expect they will suffer ANOTHER Class-Action lawsuit in the near future.
