EXCESSIVE fees, Overdraft fees, unethical behavior, absolute CROOKS!

Upon viewing my account online, I've come across something rather interesting. I show two "Overdraft fees" however, I do not show where my account was overdrawn. Nowhere in my transaction history did it say that I went negative. They charged me $35.00 for a $1.08 purchase for a drink I bought at McDonalds so I wouldn't dehydrate myself to death, and another $35.00 fee for $7.64 for lunch at Jack in the Box... But still... I don't see where I went negative.

I contacted the bank to have them reverse the fees and they've declined. I have been banking with Bank of America since 1996. When I moved to North Carolina, I closed my California account and reopened with a BofA account in North Carolina. When I moved back to California, I had to do that again, because the computer system wasn't linked. I have been a loyal customer for 12 years and they can't reverse two Overdraft fees that don't apply?

Watch out for this bank. They are a bunch of crooked people who are out to scam you. They'll hold funds so they find an opportunity to rip you off.

Go to Washington Mutual... At least they'll waive one Overdraft fee a year, which is more than I can say about Bank of America... Even though I absolutely don't agree with their fees they charged me.

If you look at their financials, they made millions off of their Overdraft and NSF fees. If you are a customer of Bank of America, get out now!!! They'll find the right moment to steal money that you would use to feed your children and use it to put gas in their Porsches and Ferraris.

If anyone has a Class action lawsuit going... Let me know. I'd love to join... Just let me know where to sign up. I already plan to take them to small claims.
