Over Draft Fees while hold on a deposit

I was recently charged overdraft fees 9 day's after I deposited a check that Bank of America put a hold on. However, I also own the account (at a different bank) that the check was drawn on. The check cleared in 2 days.
Bank of America charged me over draft fees on three checks, 9 days later. I got the notice of the hold 6 days after the deposit. That's 4 days after the check cleared. I received the overdraft notice on 6/15/09. That's 6 days after the fees were deducted.
I was on hold for customer service for 35 minutes today, 6/15/09. I never did get through to anyone.
I'm going into the branch tomorrow with the notices Bank of America sent me and a copy of the front and back of the check they put a hold on.
I'm sure they won't do anything as all customer service issues are supposed to go through the call center I couldn't get help on.
I guess the real reason I'm going in tomorrow for is to close my account.
