Rip off

Went to Brake Masters for an oil change. The manager asked me if I would like a Tire Rotation and I said sure why not? They rotated my tires and changed the oil. When I went back 3 months later for another oil change they wanted to check my brakes, but couldn't get the rims off, they needed the key for the lug nuts. I told them that the key should be there. I don't mess with anything on my car and that they were the first and last people to rotate my tires. The Manager (a new one), looked up my record and it didn't state that they had rotated the tires, and there was nothing that he was going to do and that I could go to Discount to buy new ones. I contacted their corporate headquarters and all they said was that if I went and bought new lugs that they could install them. I wouldn't need new lugs if they hadn't lost or stolen my lug key! I asked the manager to see if they had one in their shop. He NEVER got back to me. Do not use Break Masters, they have NO customer service and are thieves!
