Was sold the wrong type of paint

I had the type of paint written on a sheet of paper and gave my list to Carrie. I need a semi gloss or a satin oil for kitchen cupboards and trim. It was a color that needed to be mixed. She did it while I looked around the store and took everything to the counter. When I went up I asked her if it was all the right paint and she replied, Yes. Took it home and a couple weeks later when the man came out to paint he said it was definitly the wrong type of paint. She gave me a very high gloss floor paint. I took the 2 gallons back to the store on Jan. 19 and they refused to do anything about it. Not even an apology.
