Paint receipt no good? - paint colored wrong - no refund?

We bought 10 gallons of paint - had it colored - after they told me i had to upgrade to a more expensive paint. Painted the house, opened the second 5 gallon bucket, only to find out that they mixed one of them wrong. Turns out it was the one on my house. They refused to refund our money at first. We came home to produce the reciept. Got back there and they claimed the receipt was no good. Finally after arguing with the manager for quite a while, he backed down and gave us our money back. What a hassle, and they were the ones that mixed it wrong in the first place. They refused to match the color on our house, they can do it, they just refused.
