Wrong color paint mixed by Home Depot

Oct 23 I purchased 10 gallons of paint from a Home Depot in Emeryville, Ca. We agreed on a color from one of their color code booklets they showed me.

After I used up that paint I still needed another 5 gallons to complete the job. I brought back the lid off one of the prevous buckets of paint they mixed for me (because it has the formula on it), and that is what they would need to produce the same color RIGHT?

Wrong... The employee that mixed the paint failed to use the same exact formula off the lid I gave them. Yea the little spot they put on the lid look close to the color I hired them to re-produce, But it was only after my workers & Me finished painting the house we realized it was NOT the same color.

The formula on the lid was not the same formula as before. Home Depot caused me 2 more days of hired work tool rental, loss of wages, and the house had to be repainted. A free bucket of paint dont cover my losses they caused me from their mistake.
I FILL THEY OWE FOR DAMAGES/LOSSES THE CAUSED ME! Managment differs. Says they dont pay for lost wages.
