Wrong Color Paint Still Pink After Three Coats, No Refund

I ordered a dark reddish brown paint. When they mixed it, I asked why it did not look like the match card I had handed over. They told me it would turn out fine after at least two coats.

I applied three coats, and the color still looks pink. I brought the paint back, but since their computer said it was correct, they would not give me my money back. I held the match card up against the paint, and they stuck to their view that it was correct, even though they could see for themselves that what they sold me was nowhere close.

They are dishonest and incompetent, and I would not even let them stir my coffee, much less mix my paint. Check the color before you leave with anything they have mixed, and if they say it will be fine, be thorough and try someone else. It is not worth the trouble.
