Sold me $100 worth of paint, but completely the wrong colo

I ordered a dark reddish brown paint from them, but questioned why it didnt look like the match card I gave them when they mixed it. They said it would be fine once I put at lest two coats on.

I completed three coats and it still looks pink. I took the paint back and because the computer said it was correct, they wouldnt return my money. I even showed them the match card compared to the paint and they insisted it was right, even when they saw with their own eyes that the paint they sold me was nowhere near.

They are dishonest and incompetent and I would never rely on these morons to mix a cup of coffee, let alone paint. Check with the color before you buy what they have mixed, and if they try to tell you it will be fine, be thorough and try someone else. Its not worth the hassle.
