I was given 3 weeks to pay out 900 dollars to fpl. They sent me my regular bill which was 307.00 they said they took me off the low income, program because i was always late then they told me i had to pay another deposit of 333.00 because i used up all my deposit on being late and so i ask them than why was i paying late charges if you guys was takeing it out of my deposit they didn't respond and then they told me the reason they took me off the program was i brook the rules i was nrver told about any rules that i had to follow. So i now have to pay this also before this month is out my husband is disable and so am i we live off of monthly income what is this system coming to, i spoke with a couple of friends and they said they had to pay for that nuclear plant so they charge all the blacks and hispanics a higher price and a new deposit i have been living here 24 years and never have i been done this way, thank you much and god bless mrs.
