Large Deposit

My mom has had a hardship this year with paying the electric bill so she went to lee county human services and they help her pay her electric bill in full. So she does not owe LCEC nothing but then shortly after that LCEC sent her a letter demanding she pay a $325.00 deposit because she was late in fact she was not late because she was not responsable for paying the bill once human service agreed to pay the bill. So LCEC said if she did not pay the deposit she would get late charges and be disconnected. My mom is 65 years old and disabled she is on a fixed income which is SSI and struggling with her bills but LCEC does not care all they want is money my mom has been a LCEC customer for 2 1/1 years and she gave them a deposit to start the service what ever happen to that money who know they are a corupt company. Somebody need to do something about LCEC they are out of control.
