Deposit Issue

I had a problem with the light company last year and had to give them 3,000 dollars cash and set arrangement for them for a year for 113.00 every month because of some renters. Last month my light bill for two months was $891.89. I finaly got my light bill below 200 dollars and they raised my bill to 693. I have 265 dollar deposit and they decided that was not enough and added a 310 dollar deposit. What is with these people. I am on disability and having to get help with my bill when I can. I am having a hard time paying my bill and don't need them to add more money to it. I have lived here since 1978. Are they hurting for money that bad that they have to screw there customers. There is not another light company here in Conroe, TX or I would change service.
