Intellidebt take your deposit and never return it

I started the debt program with American Debt Management. They took a deposit equal to one month's program payment and charged a "low monthly fee" - minimum $35 - and told me the deposit would be returned upon successful completion of the program. Before I finished the program my account was sold to Intellidebt. I have successfully completed the program, sent them copies of all the statements that show a $0 balance and requested a refund of my deposit. I waited 8 weeks - NOTHING!
I called "customer service" and asked where my deposit was and they asked if I completed the Program Completion Questionnaire. No one told me there even was such a thing! I completed the questionnaire and faxed it to them the same day as the phone call. I waited 4 weeks - still no refund.
I faxed all the information again and still no response. They don't respond to snail mail and there is no way to contact these people via e-mail. Their automated system puts you through a bunch of hoops before you can be put on hold to talk to someone and they just give you the run around saying it is "in progress".
At this point I would be amazed if I ever see my deposit!
