In may i sent a package to canada. The price was $54.00. It was a small part for a snowblower engine. It weighed about 4 pounds. I insured it for 450.00 because that was the selling price of the item. Well, it was lost ofcourse. So i returned the buyers money. And filed a claim. First they told me i had to prove what was in the package and its value. They, of course didnt believe anything i said. And they had the package somewhere. One employee told me it was in the (dead mail.). I asked what that was, he said dead mail was ripped open or damaged mail and packages that they discard. So im out 4107.00. Thanks to usps. They just dont care.
