Had heater (required heat) maintained last drop. Three nights later the noticed terrible sound. WMS serviceman explained the powervent was destroyed also it had nothing related to the preservation support they supplied 3 times early but was brought on by the machine. Something they mounted due to a problem with combustion. Really was handed three distinct answers. Wound up spending $330 to get a fresh engine after I'd simply settled $250 for preservation.

Jan 1, no heat.

Jan 2 WMS stated not a problem using the program subsequently on further analysis a nozzle was broken; desired to cost $89 support phone along with a cost for that nozzle. Needed to consult with the supervisor. Fees waived. Nozzle changed

Jan 5 no-heat

Jan 6 named WMS, I pushed reset and program returned on.

Jan 7 no-heat; created appt to possess somebody emerge Friday Jan 9

Jan 9 WMS service-man; gear check-out ok; nozzle broken (he was not seem nozzle have been changed) subsequently mentioned burner property was dripping gas, device was just starting to smoke up; discovered Z demnsion to become out-of modification causeing impingement. Fixed issue.

Jan 10 no heat, named WMS informed to reset heater

Jan 11, no heat; device locked-out three times;' needed to reset; last period just coming cold-air; informed by WMS serviceman on-call that I will reset device as frequently as you can; which if he arrived I'd need to pay service cost since the problem may be the same and sporadic character of the issue. Based on him, it isn't WMS problem the thing is repeated they ought to get a company cost plus every time they emerge. This account continues to be unfolding. But the corporation triggered the issue today cannot repair it and need to cost me due to their mess. Furthermore I'm residing in a chilly drafty home with kids. They do not appear to worry about that.
