No-Heat for 6 Months

Compny was delivered to restore my warmth (new device was mounted 4 years back therefore issue must have been small) by First American Home Guarantee. They arrived the first of Feb declaring the engine was eliminated within the device along with a fresh one needed to be orderd. Fourteen days later they mounted the brand new engine, issue NOT resolved this time around it had been the warming coil, another 14 days for that components in the future in. Mounted coil but still no-heat, guys cambe by 4 occasions and couldnot obtain the heat to function. After 6 months I still had no-heat until First American delivered another organization who fixed the issue in under half an hour.

I foolishly paid these folks 140.00 to get a Company Guarantee. I wrote seeking the termination of the guarantee along with a reimbursement of my income. I described tothem that my assurance inside them was eliminated and that I didn't need them in my own house again. I've not noticed from their store, or have I reaceived my income.
