Terrible experience

Lewis's Heat and Atmosphere changed my AC condenser this past year and did an extremely bad work. First, they changed a-3 1/2 lot 10 seer device having a 4 lot 13 seer device but didn't substitute the coil. A few hours once they quit from adding the machine it switched on to cool-down the home and we noticed a loud thumping sound. After I named Lewis he arrived and stated that he had a need to substitute the coil which may be another $1,100.00 within the $1,500.00 that I simply settled him. He explained he would need to reduce in to the column within the loft to obtain the brand new coil mounted. Because it was Sept and just a few months from the cooler climate I chose to wait before spring. I had beennot relaxed getting the beam cut into and so I named various other businesses none which stated that they'd need to reduce in to the column, but additionally stated the coil wasn't the issue. The Freon was dripping from the new device in one of both lines get into the system because of bad sodering of the collections. The organization that's repairing it stated that the organization (Rayis) must have observed that after they mounted it and set it right then and there. All my Freon released out and today the Freon and fix of the point cost mean extra $650.00 that I'd not need to possess compensated if Jimmyis did the task right. Lewis might have performed better work-in his younger years but his work now's sub-par at-best. After I named him and informed him how annoyed I had been about this he insisted he had a need to change-out the coil and he was sorry I thought this way.
