Poor Quality, Short Shipped, Damaged, Poor Customer Service

On May 26 we ordered kitchen cabinets from American Classics a trademark of RSI Home Products. The purchase was made through Home Depot (note: Home Depot has done nothing wrong). The American Classics literature stated that delivery would take 2-3 weeks. It took over 4 weeks and items were missing. American Classic's corporate office was of no help, the local representative would not return our calls, and the order is still incomplete as of today August 14. The merchandise that was received is of such poor quality that we had to rebuild one cabinet that fell apart as we took it out of the box. The double oven cabinet did not meet the size specifications listed in the company's literature. We had to have that cabinet modified by a carpenter in order to get our double oven to fit. Note: Our oven was smaller than the maximum specifications the company's literature stated. The company said we should have refused the merchandise. That would have been the thing to do except that these cabinets were for a remodel on a rental and we had to move forward in order to get tenants into the unit and not lose rental income. The vanity cabinet is already bowing because of insufficient support - nothing had been placed in the cabinet when we noticed the bowing. We had to move on with our work to get the income property rented - tile countertops had to be placed on top, sinks and plumbing had to be installed, etc. Since we are still missing one cabinet, I can only ask — HOW LONG WAS I TO CONTINUE LOSING RENTAL INCOME AS I WAIT FOR THIS COMPANY TO FIX ITS MISTAKES?
