Heat pump broke 12/4. Advised to use in emergency heat. Merchant required more than 3 months to obtain it mounted. Smashed again. Today no-heat. Device is 25 yrs old. I taken care of this insurance for around ten years. They ought to simply substitute device. Life time of heat pumps is approximately 15 years. Alternatively it's being fixed again and again. I notice what seems to be scripted responses from service department. No-heat today. Cold conditions. Again awaiting merchant. Just one get.in metro area. Needed to venture out and purchase portable heaters due to cold conditions.
