Hass Electronics Xbox 360 Brushed me off on the purchase until

I bought a Xbox 360 from www.gamernuts.com aka Hass Electronics and for several days was brushed off by them on the phone and e-mail. When i would call they wanted a username for my purchase. There lies the problem due to when shopping on www.gamernuts.com you do not register a username. After completing the information that was asked for you are given a message saying you will recieve e-mail conformation.

I never recieved said e-mail so went to the site and found there contact info and called them several times and every time they told me they couldnt look up my order by my name they had to have the tracking number provided in said e-mail. I explained i never recieved the number and the would basicaly tell me i was s.O. L So i began searching internet for www.gamernuts.com info and made the conection that www.gamernuts.com and Hass Electronics were one in the same findind luckily usacomplaints.com and there was two reports against them.

So in one last e-mail i cut, copied and pasted those to reports and report numbers and placed them in the body of the e-mail along with a link to usacomplaints.com. After completing that message i called my credit card company and was given a transaction number and was told they look into it also passing this website and the report numbers along to them.

Well this afternoon my phone rang and it said Florida and i recognized the number. When i answered it they asked for me and told me they had just e-mailed me the order conformation and stating my order was shipped today by UPS and they were sorry for any trouble. L LMFAO the bastards read those reports and got a call from my credit card company and decided they better fork over something. So I wanted to pass this info along to others having this trouble with Hass Electronics/www.gamernuts.com and maybe someone else can use these same tactics. Question now is what i recieve from UPS and if its what i ordered!
