Hass Electronics, their Ebay ID Is Deal Sold broken x-box on ebay and refused to honor warranty and give money back

This company sold us an x-box advertised as in working condition with a 30 day warranty on e-bay for $159.00. It arrived broken. It never worked... We phoned them and they said to return it to them and they would send our money back.

We returned it and instead of giving the money back they sent it back to us and left a phone message telling us we should try a few things ourselves to fix it.

We sent it back to them again and told them we wanted our money back again. They refused to give the money back, but kept the x-box. We filed a dispute on paypal and we won the dispute. Paypal gave us the money back after about a month by taking it out of the Hass electronics account. They did this by force... Hass electronics refused to give the money back... Paypal had to force them to... And now they are trying to delete the transaction from ebay so we won't tell that they sell broken stuff. But they do. Don't order from them online. They do not honor their warranty and they advertised as working a completely broken product.

This company represented this x-box as working when they knew it was broken and they sold it anyway.
