This is ripoff report number 3. I lived at 4666 N banner Drive #3 Long Beach Ca. Te other reports are listed under Ernst @Hass. Property Mangment Co. Imoved in 4 15 2007 and moved out by Sept 3. I put in my 30 day notice Sept 3. I waited three weeks befor I started to inquire about my depost refunds. Ernst @ Hass sold the buliding to Amira @ Mangment Co on or about Sept 1. They said I recived mail which I didnot to my adress in Idaho falls Idaho. I have never recived any notifcation that the bulding was sold.
Archie who will not give me his last name has used every excuse in the book to refund any money. The first lie was he didnot know which unit I lived in. I sent him the records Fed Ex. He then stated that Ernst @ Hass never gave him the records even though I had already sent them. He then states he must look at the bulding. He offered me 300.00 out of 1100.00 dolars in deposts stateing the carpet was ruined.
I moved out by September 3 and he offered the money Oct 12. I paid $1100.00 to Ernst @ Hass not to Amira Mangment Company. He then askes me if I lived upstairs or down stairs because He doesnot have the records even though I sent them to him in September. I stated in Sept. 2008 I wouls settle for fifty cents on the dollar. He offered three hundred dollars on Oct 12. I finally gave in and send fine I will take it just too end the agony.
On Oct 28 he said he would mail a check for three hundred dollars and I would recive it by Oct 31. It is now November 6 and I have found out that he still need to take pictures before he can send me my $300.00.
I have now waited two months seven days and still there is now check. Why? If anyone can help with this con artist from both mangment companys I can be reached I hope through usacomplaints.com. Do yourselvs a favaor stay away from Ameria Investments / property mangment Los Angles Ca @ Ernst @ Hass Propert mangment companys. They are theifs.
