Rude and Unprofessional

Made a service request for locksmith service only to be disappointed with their promise of delivering professional and prompt service.

After waiting two hours for follow up, I decided to cancel the service call.

A guy calls back and says "thanks for nothing and wasting my time..." hangs up.

Wow... I was blown away. Was this really necessary? How childish is that?

This is supposed to be a family business? Should read the quality of service they promised to provide to their clients with 100% satisfaction.

If they can't deliver on the promises they have plastered on their website... They should get off the paid SEO program from Google...

I called back to see if they had anything else to say after I explained what just happened... Not even a "Sorry". Amazing...
