I got ripped off by this company

I placed an order with this company Febuary 28 as soon as I placed my order I recieved a e-mail conformation (that said this is a reciept do not reply) to let me know my order went through and they had taken the money off my credit card. It also states o the website you will recieve your order in 7-10 busness days and if you check your e-mail and you will find your order number and can type it in the area that say search for your tracking number and if its been more then 7 days when you try this and there is no tracking number please contact us, Well I have tried e-mailing them over 20 times I have also tried calling them over 20 time and there is no answer, and when your on the website there is a "live chat" but it is always offline it says leave a message. It just seems like I am having no luck at all with this company. I orders some Jordans off this website for my daughter for her birthday by what the website said I should have recieved them on her birthday, but I recieved nothing, not my order, not a call, or even an e-mail, and on top of that I didnt have the shoes to give to my daughter for her birthday still waiting on them.
