Click It Party Time - n Amazon Marketplace False cost advertisement of item. Show 1 price and charged another! No refund company!

I ordered an Easy Bake 13 piece cooking untensel set for 34.89. Came thru as dollar store items in an Easy Bake plastic zippered bag and cost 47.89 instead, 5.99 postage. Tried to e-mail company, will not go thru. E-mailed Amazon who gave me phone #; mailbox was full. Lady called after I again called Amazon. She said I would be given a $13.00 refund and e-mail would arrive in a few hours. E-mail arrived the next day and said price could not be refunded as it was a highly demanded item. No refund could be given as that is stated in thier policy. Called Amazon, they offered me 13.00 off another purchase. How will I know that I will not get into another situation like this again? Amazon will not back a refund from the company, they are not in thier 'insured' stars. I sent in a 1 star report on the company and it is not being posted. This company is still listed as a 4 1/2 star company. So what good are these rated systems for the average consumer? Yesterday the company was advertising same thing, now for 20.89 and still saying only 4 remained.

Isn't this false advertising on te part of Click On Party?
